We had 3 days in Mecca, spending our time here lovely. The staff was attentive, respectful, and responded promptly to requests. The hotel was set in a central area really close to the airport and Jeddah and the mall.

Loved this hotel, had 3 wonderful days here. Good service, although a few employees were very rude. The restaurant was great by staff at the restaurant, it had delicious dishes.

The bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel was great place for exploring Mecca, liked it and venue's helpful staff from the receptionist. The restaurant had plenty of good meals for breakfast.

Had really great stay in this marvelous hotel, the staff were courteous, location was unbeatable and close to holy mosque. The room was beautiful, not to mention views over city from the window. The provided service was excellent.

It was fantastic time in Mecca. Best possible location, motivated staff and good prices. Main bar was amazing and fairly clean. With speedy check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was functional!

Such an excellant experience. Stuff was caring, rooms are nice size, and I loved super location. I slept so comfy in the large bed. Food was savoury and different...
